Hi! My name is Tina, and I am an artist and researcher interested in how technology reshapes human interconnection. I am currently teaching English and digital storytelling in Khujand, Tajikistan as a ‘2026-27 Fulbright grantee.

I received my joint B.S. in Business & Global Affairs from Georgetown University, with a concentration in technology, ethics, and society. I was lucky enough to complete my senior honours thesis under the supervision of Professor Meg Leta Jones, where I empirically investigated how interface-based chatbot identity warnings (e.g. “I am not a human being”) affect young users’ perceptions of a conversational agent.

While completing my B.S., I worked as a research assistant at the Center on Privacy and Technology at Georgetown Law. There, I had the opportunity to co-write and illustrate Whole Worker Surveillance, a longform research report-turned-graphic novel on workplace surveillance in Whole Foods.

My art has also been featured on the covers of the Georgetown Independent and the Georgetown Voice.
